Result of AGM

Tanfield announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, with the exception of Resolutions 4 and 5, all resolutions were duly passed. Resolutions 4 and 5 (relating to the authority to allot further shares) were withdrawn and not put to a vote, as it was felt by the Board that the level of authority for those resolutions was too high in the context of Tanfield being a passive investment company.
