Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Intimation regarding execution of Memorandum of Understanding.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for supply of 5,000 MT per annum of our key fluorinated product with a large multinational company amounting to an estimated value of Rs.1,250 crores over a period of five years.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure
