Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Company has entered into a Long-term Agreement for supply of key fluorinated product with M/s. Blue Star Limited, a large OEM Company amounting to an estimated value of around Rs.61 crores per annum.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure.
