Sub: Intimation of Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. H.Narayanarao, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company has tendered his resignation effective from close of working hours on 19[th] February 2024.
The Company has accepted his resignation and will initiate the succession planning process for the said post and intimate the exchange in due course.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are provided in Annexure A.
