2. Taking note of resignation of Dr. V Jaya Chandra Bhanu Reddy, (DIN: 10057412), NonExecutive & Non-Independent Director of the company with effective from 28th March 2024.

As required by BSE's Circular No. List/Comp/14/2018-19 dated 20th June, 2018, enforcing SEBI Orders regarding the appointment of directors by listed companies, we hereby confirm that Mr. R Karthikeyan (DIN: 00824621) is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authorities.
