In this connection, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 17th August 2023 re-appointed Mr. K.Sendhil Naathan (DIN: 08850046) as Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting Company for a term of eighteen months with effect from 27th August 2023 till 26th February 2025.

He has over 35 years of experience in the Chemical industry and has extensive knowledge of the market of the fluorine industry.He has been withTANFAC for the past 12 years and has been instrumental in the turnaround & growth of the Company in the last 6 years.
Relationship between Directors	He is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
