Grant of Share Options, Surrender of Existing Options & PDMR Dealings
Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers, distributors and retailers of sports, leisure and mobility equipment, announces that Peter Kimberley, Chief Executive Officer, David Poulter, Chief Commercial Officer, and Gurvinder Kaur, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, have today been granted 38,000, 20,000 and 20,000 options respectively over ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2019 Employee Share Option Scheme.
The Options have an exercise price of 161.50 pence per ordinary share, being the closing middle market price per ordinary share on 7 April 2025. The Options are exercisable between 1 January 2028 and 7 April 2035, after which the Options will lapse.
A further 91,000 options have been granted to other employees under the 2019 Employee Share Option Scheme.
The Company further announces that on 7 April 2025, Peter Kimberley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has surrendered 37,500 share options with an exercise price of 325.0 pence.
The notification set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such dealings.
