Exercise of options

The Company has been informed that Phil Ratcliffe and Jim Shears, Directors of the Company, have exercised share options in the ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Share") of the Company as follows:

The exercise of options will be satisfied by Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury. 

The beneficial owners of the shares will be the SIPPs controlled by Phil Ratcliffe and Jim Shears.

Following the exercise of these options Phil Ratcliffe is beneficially interested in 71,435 Ordinary Shares representing 1.50% of voting rights.  Jim Shears is beneficially interested in 72,091 Ordinary Shares representing 1.52% of voting rights.

The issued share capital of the Company is 6,013,480 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence of which 1,264,035 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The voting rights of the Company therefore total 4,749,445 Ordinary Shares.
