Exercise of options

The Company has been informed that Steve Grant, a Director of the Company, has exercised share options in the ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Share") of the Company as follows:

The exercise of options will be satisfied by Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury.

Following the exercise of these options and share purchases, the Company has 4,699,754 Ordinary Shares in issue and 1,313,726 Ordinary Shares in treasury.  Steve Grant is beneficially interested in 180,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.8% of voting rights.
