NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has received notification that Mr S Bragg has transferred 250,000 shares held in the Company from his SIPP to a personal holding.  Following this transfer there was no change in the beneficial interest in the Company.  Mr Bragg has informed the Company that he has a beneficial interest in the Company of 366,559 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, representing approximately 7.7 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
