Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers and distributors of sports, leisure and mobility products, announces that it has been notified that on 28 September 2023, Gurvinder Kaur, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 2,600 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 161.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result, Gurvinder Kaur, along with her spouse, is interested in a total of 114,690 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
