Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers and distributors of sports, leisure and mobility products, announces that it was notified on 16 November 2022 that Peter Kimberley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 320.5 pence per Ordinary Share on that same day.

As a result, Peter Kimberley is now interested in a total of 40,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.74% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company further announces that it has today been notified that Steve Grant, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has today transferred 25,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse, Kathryn Grant at a price of 127.5 pence per Ordinary Share ("the Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Steve Grant, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 285,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
