Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers and distributors of sports, leisure and mobility products, announces that Peter Kimberley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 287 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 November 2022.

As a result, Peter Kimberley is now interested in a total of 39,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
