Director Dealing and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that Jim Shears, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has exercised 36,050 options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 190.0 pence per Ordinary Share and that a further 12,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares have been exercised by employees of the Group under the 2019 Employee Share Option Scheme (the "Options Exercise").

The Options Exercise will be satisfied from existing Ordinary Shares held in treasury. As a result, the Company continues to have a total of 6,013,480 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying the right to one vote, with 658,421 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 5,355,059.  

The above figure of 5,355,059 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As a result of the transactions described above, Mr. Shears' interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares has increased to 286,050 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.3% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The notification set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such dealings.
