DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that Mervyn Keene, Non-Executive Chairman, has today transferred 137,120 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, representing 2.94% of the Company's voting rights, to his spouse Marian Keene for nil consideration. 

Following the transfer, Mervyn Keene's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 221,560 ordinary shares representing 4.74% of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 6,013,480 ordinary shares of 25 pence of which 1,343,726 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The voting rights of the Company therefore total 4,669,754 ordinary shares.
