DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that Simon Morris has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 95 pence per share, representing 0.21% of the Company's voting rights. 

Including these shares, Simon Morris beneficially owns 15,000 ordinary shares representing 0.32% of the Company's voting rights.

The Company also announces that Phil Ratcliffe has purchased through his personal pension 9,035 ordinary shares at a price of 93.5 pence per share, representing 0.19% of the Company's voting rights. 

The shares will be held by FNZ Nominees Limited and the beneficial owner of the shares will be the AXA Elevate pension plan controlled by Phil Ratcliffe.

Including these shares, Phil Ratcliffe beneficially owns 33,835 ordinary shares representing 0.72% of the Company's voting rights.

The issued share capital of the Company is 6,013,480 ordinary shares of 25 pence of which 1,343,726 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The voting rights of the Company therefore total 4,669,754 ordinary shares.
