Proposed Director Appointment

The Board of Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers, distributors and retailers of sports, leisure and mobility equipment, announces the proposed appointment of Juliet Elizabeth Barratt as a non-executive director of the Company subject to completion of normal regulatory due diligence checks.

Juliet was the co-founder and former Chief Marketing Officer of the sports nutrition brand, Grenade, and has considerable experience in product development, sales and marketing. 

The Grenade brand has grown fast and attained industry recognition, having been listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and entering the SME Export Track 100 in 2017.  Grenade was regional winner and National Finalist of GBEA Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018.

A further announcement confirming her appointment on completion of normal regulatory due diligence checks and disclosing information in respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules will be made in due course.

Juliet will be present at the investor meeting tomorrow.
