Appointment of Acting Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Tanami Gold NL (‘Tanami’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to advise that Mr. Peter Cordin has been appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company whilst it continues its search for a permanent candidate for the position.

Mr. Cordin has extensive experience in the management of resource companies, having previously been the Executive Chairman of Dragon Mining Limited, the Chief Executive Officer of Moneo Metals Limited, the Managing Director of Steppe Gold International Limited and the Managing Director of Terrex Resources NL. Mr. Cordin is a qualified Civil Engineer and has held a number of other senior management positions in a career spanning approximately 40 years.

Mr. Cordin commenced with the Company on 26 November 2012 and will be paid a fully inclusive rate of $3,000 per day during his tenure based on a commitment of approximately 3-4 days per week.

Mr. Cordin will be entitled to receive a bonus of $200,000 upon successful completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study for the development of the Central Tanami Project.
