INFORMATIVA SUL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – tip.mi), gruppo industriale indipendente e diversificato quotato al segmento Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (codice LEI 81560017CF8066680595) che investe nelle eccellenze imprenditoriali, comunica di aver acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea del 29 aprile 2025 (già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis, comma 1 lettera b), del Regolamento Consob 11971/99 e dell'art. 132 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98) nel periodo dal 20 ottobre 2025 al 24 ottobre 2025 n. 17.976 azioni ordinarie (pari allo 0,010% del capitale sociale) al prezzo medio ponderato di euro 8,6465 per un controvalore complessivo di euro 155.429,95.

Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Equita Sim S.p.A. (codice LEI 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85).

DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE PLAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – tip.mi), independent and diversified industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (LEI code no. 81560017CF8066680595) which invests in excellent entrepreneurial companies, in execution of the treasury shares program declares the acquisition on the Euronext Milan market, according to the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2025 approval (already announced in according to article 144–bis, paragraph 1, letter b, of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of May, 1999 and article 132 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98) of n. 17,976 TIP S.p.A. ordinary shares (equal to 0.010% of share capital) throughout October 20, 2025, to October 24, 2025, at a weighted average price of 8.6465 Euro, at the countervalue of 155,429.95 Euro.

Purchases were made through the intermediary Equita Sim S.p.A. (code LEI 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85). The breakdown on a daily basis of the purchases of the period of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ordinary shares, ISIN code IT0003153621, is as follow while the details of the transactions carried out in the period are reported in the attachment.
