STANDARD ETHICS CONFERMA IL RATING DI SOSTENIBILITÀ DI TIP DI "EE"

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – tip.mi), gruppo industriale indipendente e diversificato quotato al segmento Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. che investe in numerose eccellenze imprenditoriali, rende noto che Standard Ethics, agenzia indipendente che analizza le politiche di sostenibilità messe in atto dalle imprese, ha confermato il Corporate Standard Ethics Rating di TIP di "EE" con Outlook "Positivo" affermando che TIP adotta una strategia sui temi ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) in linea alle indicazioni provenienti da Onu, Ocse e Unione Europea e, in coerenza al proprio modello industriale, il processo di investimento integra i temi di sostenibilità sia in fase preliminare sia nella successiva fase di gestione della partecipazione attraverso monitoraggio e linee guida. Standard Ethics sottolinea inoltre che TIP ha completato la mappatura e la compensazione delle proprie emissioni e prosegue il percorso di educazione finanziaria e di valorizzazione dei dipendenti e che la remunerazione del management ed i piani di incentivazione sono legati anche al raggiungimento di obiettivi ESG. Ha infine registrato favorevolmente l'adesione da parte di TIP al Global Compact e ai Principles for Responsible Investment.

STANDARD ETHICS CONFIRMS TIP'S SUSTAINABILITY RATING OF "EE"

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – tip.mi), independent and diversified industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. which invests in excellent entrepreneurial companies, announces that Standard Ethics, independent agency that analyses the sustainability policies implemented by companies, has confirmed TIP's Corporate Standard Ethics Rating of "EE" with "Positive" outlook stating that TIP ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy is in line with UN, OECD and European Union indications and, coherently with its own industrial model, the investment process integrates sustainability themes both in the preliminary and in the subsequent stake management phase through monitoring and guidelines. Standard Ethics highlights also that TIP has completed the mapping and the offsetting of its emissions and continues with financial education and employee development and that the management remuneration and incentive plans are also linked to the achievement of ESG targets. It has also welcomed the compliance with the Global Compact and the Principles for Responsible Investment.
