Appointment of Company Secretary
Tambourah Metals Limited (“Tambourah” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brett Dickson as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Dickson is an experienced corporate executive with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Fellow of both the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and the Governance Institute of Australia. He has extensive experience focusing on the start-up, restructuring, management, growth and financing of emerging publicly listed exploration and mining companies across multiple jurisdictions.
The Company wishes to confirm that Mr Dickson is the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Ben Donovan, the incumbent Company Secretary, for his contribution to the Company, particularly through the listing of Tambourah on ASX.
