TWD Announce Board Resignation

The Board of Tamawood announces today the resignation of Mr Rade Dudurovic effective immediately.

Rade has generously provided numerous hours of service to Tamawood over the past 11 years as Chair of the Audit Committee, memberships of various other committees and support to the entire management team of Tamawood.

The increased workload in Rade’s schedule, including directorships in four other companies, has meant he no longer has the time to invest into Tamwood Limited.

The Tamawood Board extends its best wishes to Rade and thanks him for his significant contribution to the Tamawood business.
