Senterprisys Limited Chairman’s Address

Tamawood would like to advise their shareholders that the Senterprisys Limited Annual General Meeting is tomorrow at 2pm at Housing Industry Association (HIA) 14 Edmondstone Street, South Brisbane, Queensland.

Tamawood Limited is a 23% shareholder and you may have an interest in attending this AGM.

The financial year ended 30 June 2017 resulted in an after tax profit of $178,994 with net assets of $465,201.

Outlook

The Company has made significant further progress with the software development projects. Testing of new software modules have continued with current users of the system, with additional applications progressively integrated into existing systems without significant setbacks. Further applications and modules are being finalised and we are now positive the system will be commercially available in FY18.

We are also looking at a system for small contractors outside building industry. In addition work has commenced on an accounting module to compliment new software. Work has commenced on the ISO9001:2015 standard small enterprise Quality Assurance system with key components now ready for testing and the balance to be completed over the next 6 months.

It is anticipated that funding will become an issue in the second half of FY18, and the Board is looking at all available options to ensure the continued viability of the Company to complete the company projects. We will be holding EGM in January 2018 to confirm new auditors and approve share issue to Directors and some related parties in lieu of the unpaid work contributing to the success of the Company.
