AMENDMENT TO ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED TO THE MARKET ON 9 DECEMBER 2014 RE SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Further to the announcement released to the market on 9 December 2014 regarding the completion of the Company’s share consolidation, the Company wishes to advise of a required amendment to that announcement.

The last paragraph of the announcement states: “As at 10 December 2014, the Company’s shares will be re-quoted under ASX symbol MTB”.

This should state: “As at 11 December 2014, the Company’s shares will be requoted under ASX symbol MTB ”.
