The Directors of Mount Burgess Mining NL are pleased to announce that the Company has placed 38,333,332 ordinary shares at 0.3 of 1 cent to professional investors.
This capital raising of $115,000 has been made under the Company’s 15% placement capacity and the funds raised will be applied to working capital and further development of its Kihabe Zinc/Lead/Silver project in Botswana.
An application for listing of these shares will be submitted following allotment.
