Share Placement
The Directors of Mount Burgess Mining NL are pleased to announce that the Company has placed 25,500,000 ordinary shares at 0.3 of 1 cent to professional and sophisticated investors.
This capital raising of $76,500 has been made with prior approval granted by shareholders in General Meeting held on the 20[th] August 2012. The funds raised will be applied to working capital and further development of the Company’s Kihabe Zinc/Lead/Silver project in Botswana.
An application for listing of these shares will be submitted following allotment.
