SHARE PLACEMENT
The Company is pleased to announce that it has reached agreements to place 16,000,000 shares to sophisticated investors at an issue price of \$0.08 per share, to raise \$1,280,000.
Funds from this placement will be applied to working capital, RC and diamond core drilling, metallurgical test work, down hole surveying, geochemical sampling, assaying, updated resource modelling and estimation and initial pit design on the Company's Zinc Project Kihabe in Botswana and on adjoining ground in Namibia. at
