RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In order to independently pursue other ventures, Mr Ben Mosigi, BSc, MSc, geologist and resident of Botswana, has asked to be relieved of his responsibilities as a Director of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Mount Burgess (Botswana) (Proprietary) Ltd.
Accordingly the Board has accepted Ben’s resignations and sincerely thanks him for his commitment and dedication as a Director to both Companies over the past five years. The Board wishes Ben every success in his future undertakings.
