WITHDRAWAL OF AGM RESOLUTION – RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

Because of other continuing commitments, Mr Albert Murray Surtees, who retires as a Director, will not now be offering himself for re-election, as previously stated in the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting. Mr Surtees will however remain as a Consultant to the Board, until the full time position of Exploration Director can be filled. The Company would like to thank Mr Surtees for his contribution to the advancement of the Company’s Kihabe base metals project.
