ASX RELEASE 11 November 2011

PROPOSED CHANGE OF AUDITOR OF THE COMPANY

The Company wishes to advise that it has been served with Notices of Intention made pursuant to Section 329(1A) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) in respect of removing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the Company’s auditor and a request that a general meeting of the Company be held to move a resolution to that effect.

The same notices also nominate BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd as the new auditor of the Company.

The Company advises that the notices were served on the Company by members of the Company together holding more than 5% of the Company’s issued share capital.

The Company is in the process of preparing a Notice of Meeting and accompanying explanatory memorandum and these documents will be dispatched to shareholders and lodged with ASX accordingly.
