CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Dr. Etienne Dinel, Vice President, Geology of Talon Metals Corp. (the “Corporation”), a “qualified person” within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, consent to being named in the short form final base shelf prospectus of the Corporation dated December 7 , 2021 (the “Prospectus”) and who has reviewed and approved the technical information contained in the Prospectus as detailed under the “Interests of Experts” section of the Prospectus (the “Technical Disclosure”) and who consents to the use of the Technical Disclosure in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Prospectus, including the Technical Disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that are derived from the Technical Disclosure or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Disclosure.
