Sale of the vessels Regina Baltica and Silja Festival

Sale of the vessels Regina Baltica and Silja Festival

Tallinn Stockholm Line Ltd., a subsidiary of AS Tallink Grupp has come to an

agreement with Scandinavian interest (a non related party) to sell the motor

vessel Regina Baltica. The vessel is expected to be delivered by April 2015.

Tallink Swedish Line Ltd., a subsidiary of AS Tallink Grupp has come to an

agreement with Bridgemans Services Ltd. to sell the motor vessel Silja

Festival. The vessel is expected to be delivered to Bridgemans Services Ltd. by

April 2015.

Parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction prices. The

transactionswillhave no major impacttothegroupoperations and

consolidatedresults. Thecashflowfromthe sale of thevesselswillstrengthen the

group'sfinancialposition by supportingdividend payment, investments and

repayment of loans.
