APPOINTMENT OF DR MICHAEL BUNYARD AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Michael (Mick) Bunyard to the Board as a non-executive Director.

Graduating from the University of Leeds in 1970 with a BSc in Minerals Processing followed by a PhD in 1973, Mick has 36 years experience in the minerals industry in research, operations management and projects development.

His plant operating and management experience was gained first on the Zambian Copperbelt and then in gold and uranium plants in South Africa. He has worked as a consulting engineer for a number of major engineering companies since coming to Australia in 1988. He has participated in and managed all aspects of ore testing, process development, feasibility studies, plant design and commissioning for base metals, gold, uranium, iron ore and industrial minerals. Mick has worked on mining projects throughout the World.

Mick is currently Director Mining and Mineral Processing (Australia) for Hatch Associates Pty Ltd.

The Board welcomes Mick to the team and is confident that he will contribute significantly to the Company’s objectives.
