AGM & LISTING RULE 3.13.1 UPDATE

Talisman Mining Limited (ASX: TLM , “ Talisman ” or “ Company ”) advises that:

1. Talisman’s 2024 Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) will be held on at 11am (AWST) on Friday 22 November 2024. The AGM will be held at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth WA 6005 ; and

1. Under ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of Talisman will be 9 October 2024.
