AGM & LISTING RULE 3.13.1 UPDATE

Talisman Mining Limited (ASX: TLM , “ Talisman ” or “ Company ”) advises that, further to the Company’s announcement dated 9 September 2022:

1. A venue for Talisman’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) to be held at 11.00 am on Wednesday 23 November 2022 has been confirmed. The AGM will be held at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth WA 6005 ; and

2. Under ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the correct closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of Talisman will be 6 October 2022.
