LISTING RULE 3.13.1 DISCLOSURE

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, Talisman Mining Limited (ASX: TLM , “ Talisman ” or “ Company ”) advises that:

1. Talisman’s 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am (Perth time) on Wednesday, 24 November 2021; and

2. Under ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of Talisman is 6 October 2021.
