BOARD AND OFFICER CHANGES

The Board of Perth-based graphite and graphene developer Talga Resources Limited (ASX:TLG) (“Talga” or “the Company”), advises that Mr Piers Lewis has retired as a Director of the Company effective today, 20 February 2014.

The Company sincerely thanks Mr Lewis for his long standing service and contributions as Non-Executive Director in assisting Talga achieve its development timelines. The Board appreciates Mr Lewis’s efforts on behalf of the Company and wishes him well for the future.

Mr Grant Mooney has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, effective today, 20 February 2014.

Given Talga’s graphene breakthrough test results announced this week, the Board sees this change as timely. Mr Mooney has a wealth of experience in resources and technology markets that will benefit Talga as it proceeds with the Company’s dual graphene/graphite project development at its world-class deposits in Sweden.

Mr Mooney serves as Director and Company Secretary to several ASX listed companies including Chair of renewable energy developer, Carnegie Wave Energy Ltd and Director of ASX-listed resource companies, Barra Resources Ltd, Carbine Resources Ltd, Phosphate Australia Ltd and Wild Acre Metals Limited. Mr Mooney is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Talga also advises that Company Secretary Mr Jeremy McManus has resigned due to other work commitments and the Board thanks him for his exemplary service and contribution to the Company.

Talga is pleased to advise the appointment of Ms Lisa Wynne as Company Secretary of Talga Resources Ltd, effective today, 20 February 2014.
