Director Appointment and Appendix 3X

Battery materials and technology company Talga Group Ltd (“ Talga ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announce the formal appointment of Ms Eva Nordmark as a Non-executive Director of Talga Group Ltd, following completion of regulatory approval processes (ASX:TLG 1 July 2025).

Ms Nordmark’s appointment is effective 1 September 2025 and an Appendix 3X is attached.

Ms Nordmark, a former Swedish Government Minister for Employment and Gender Equality, also serves as Chair of Talga’s Swedish subsidiary, Talga AB.
