Extraordinary General Assembly of New Value AG

Renewal in the Board of Directors - existing Board of Directors resigns -
proprietary shares from stock buy-back programme can be placed in the
market again - new domicile

Zurich, 26 March 2012 - Upon request from a larger shareholder the whole
Board of Directors of New Value AG resigns. On the extraordinary General
Assembly the 27th of April the following candidates run for a Board of
Directors seat:

Dr. Hannes Glaus, from Zürich and Schänis, in Zurich
Dr. Bernd Pfister, from Männedorf, in Unterägeri
Hans van den Berg, Dutch citizen, in Thalwil

At the same time it is proposed to shareholders to reverse the decision of
the stock buy-back programme 2011 of 8th of July 2010. The Board of
Directors would then be empowered to freely place the bought back
proprietary shares in the market.

Zugerstrasse 8a in 6030 Baar is proposed as new domicile of New Value AG.
