Clarification of shareholder positions

After AAA-TurnOn AG, Zufikon, has reported the reversal of a purchase of a
shareholding interest in New Value of 26.8% from Macornay Investment SA,
Panama, Macornay Investment SA reports a shareholding interest of 38.3% in
New Value.
