Macornay Investment SA divests its block of shares

Baar, May 16, 2013 – Macornay Investment SA, Panama, up to now the biggest shareholder of New Value, has sold all of its shares with an interest of 27.48% to the Swiss Property Investment Group SA, Montreux.

Swiss Property Investment Group SA thus becomes the biggest shareholder of New Value.
