Change in shareholder structure

Baar, 14 December 2013 -The transfer of the largest shareholder position
has not yet been completed.

Swiss Property Investment Group SA, Montreux (SPIG) and Macornay Investment
SA, Panama (Macornay) reported in May 2013 the sale of 27.48% of New Value
AG shares from Macornay to SPIG. However, this transaction between the two
shareholders could not be completed until today. The relevant shares are
currently not anymore registered in the name of SPIG. The purchase of the
treasury shares committed by SPIG in August 2013 and the preparation of the
capital increase could not be executed as well due to the pending
settlement of the share transaction.
