Change in shareholders positions

The Pension Fund of the City of Bern divests its block of shares

Baar, November 14, 2012 - The Pension fund of the City of Bern, up to now
the biggest shareholder of New Value, has sold all of its shares with a
voting interest of 19.86% to Macornay Investment SA, Panama.

Macornay Investment SA thus reaches a voting interest of 22.51% and becomes
the biggest shareholder of New Value.
