Annual General Assembly of New Value AG 2016
Baar, August 26, 2016 – The Annual General Assembly of New Value AG took place on August 26, 2016. All agenda items were approved with a large majority by the General Assembly.
Amongst others the following resolutions were passed by the shareholders:
– The share capital of New Value AG will be reduced from CHF 6,574,466.00 to CHF 328,723.30 by reduction of the par value per share from CHF 2.00 to CHF 0.10 per share.
– The shareholders agreed to establish approved share capital with a nominal amount of CHF 164,361.60 in addition to the ordinary capital and authorized the board of directors to realize such capital increase until August 26, 2018.
