Saudi Fransi Capital invites Taleem REIT Fund unit holders to attend a meeting that will be held at the main branch of Saudi Fransi Capital on King Fahad Road, at the intersection of Al Tahlia Street in Riyadh at 6:30 pm on Monday, 23 Dhu al-Hijjah 1439 H corresponding to 03 September 2018 to discuss the following agenda:

1.A vote to increase the capital of the Fund from SAR (285,000,000) to SAR (510,000,000) by acquiring a new real estate asset.

2.Vote on the amended terms and conditions of the Fund.

All unit holders who are registered at Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day preceding the meeting will have the right to attend and vote.

Each unit holder is required to bring the national identification card and to be present at the meeting half an hour prior to the meeting to complete the registration process. The unit holder who can not be present on time has the right to delegate the meeting by using the form attached.
