- Increasing the remuneration of the fund's board members to become 10,000 SAR for each meeting , with a maximum of 40,000 SAR annually to be paid at the end of each year for all members except the members who work for the fund manager or for Banque Saudi Fransi.

- Cancel the fund board members trading ban to Taleem REIT units.

- Adding the emergency conditions to the fund's main risks.
