Saudi Fransi Capital announces a change in the Fund Board of Taleem REIT Fund due to addition of the board member Mr. Ehab Taleb Ahmed Farhan as Vice Chairman and Non-Independent member effective Monday, 13/06/1439 H corresponding to 01/03/2018.

Current Fund Board Members of Taleem REIT Fund are:

1- Shahjahan Qadir Mirza - Chairman - Non-Independent Member

2- Ehab Taleb Farhan - Vice Chairman - Non-Independent Member

3- Mohamed Fathallah Abdul Khaliq Al-Bukhari - Independent Member

4- Hani Ibrahim Ahmed Obaid - Independent Member
