- (b) the e-voting period commence on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (IST);
- (c) the e-voting period ends on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The e-Voting module shall be disabled for voting thereafter;
- (d) only those Members whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depository Participant(s) as on the Cut-off date i.e. February 18, 2022, are entitled to cast their votes by remote e-voting;

रतीय टीका विनिर्माताओं को लगता है कि वैश्विक समुदाय कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान तैयार भारत की टीका उत्पादन की विशाल क्षमता का लाभ उठा सकता है।
पिछले साल दुनिया ने सार्स-सीओवी-2 टीके की 11 बिलियन खुराकों का उत्पादन किया था। यह वैश्विक स्तर पर सभी टीकों को एक साथ रखकर उनकी कल टीका उत्पादन क्षमता के मुकाबले लगभग तीन गुना ज्यादा है, जो एक वर्ष में चार अरब खुराक से कम थी। क्या इससे किसी विशेष प्रकार के टीके की अधिक आपूर्ति हो रही है?

बीएसएल या जैव सुरक्षा स्तर जैविक सुरक्षा के स्तरों को बताता है। प्रयोगशालाओं को बीएसएल-1 से लेकर बीएसएल-4 तक के चार स्तरों में वर्गीकत किया जाता है. जो खतरनाक और संभावित घातक रोगणुओं को संभालने की उनकी क्षमता के आधार पर निर्भर होता है। एल्ला ने कहा कि हमारे पास आठ बीएसएल-3 सुविधा केंद्र - भवनेश्वर, पुणे, बेंगलुरु और हैदराबाद हैं। इसलिए कोई भी

प्रमुख एफएमसीजी कंपनी हिंदुस्तान यूनिलीवर (एचयूएल) ने अपने बोर्ड में चेयरमैन और मुख्य कार्याधिकारी एवं प्रबंध निदेशक (सीईओ एवं एमडी) के पद को अलग करने की घोषणा की है। कंपनी ने कहा है कि यह निर्णय 31 मार्च से प्रभावी होगा।
कंपनी ने नितिन परांजपे को अपना गैर-कार्यकारी चेयरमैन नियुक्त करने की घोषणा की है। फिलहाल वह यूनिलीवर के मख्य परिचालन अधिकारी के पद पर कार्यरत हैं। कंपनी ने कहा है कि संजीव मेहता एचयएल के सीईओ एवं एमडी पद पर
बरकरार रहेंगे। यूनिलीवर ने जनवरी में घोषणा की थी कि परांजपे को मुख्य बदलाव अधिकारी एवं मुख्य जन अधिकारी के तौर पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा। वह यनिलीवर के कारोबारी बदलाव और एचआर गतिविधियों का नेतृत्व करेंगे। उनका कार्यकाल अप्रैल 2022 से प्रभावी होगा। परांजपे हाइनकेन एनवी के पर्यवेक्षण बोर्ड के भी सदस्य हैं।
प्रबंध निदेशक संजीव मेहता ने कहा, 'हम एचयूएल में बतौर गैर-कार्यकारी चेयरमैन नितिन की वापसी का स्वागत करते हैं। वह काफी ज्ञान और अनुभव लेकर आएंगे जिससे विचार-विमर्श बेहतर करेगा और बोर्ड का मुल्य बढेगा।' मेहता ने अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान पर्ण समर्थन देने के लिए बोर्ड को धन्यवाद दिया और कहा, 'पिछले कुछ वर्षों से
एचयएल के चेयरमैन एवं
एचयूएल के बोर्ड का नेतृत्व करना सम्मान की बात है।' पंजी बाजार नियामक भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) सचीबद्ध कंपनियों के लिए चेयरपर्सन एवं प्रबंध निदेशक/मख्य कार्याधिकारी के पदों को अलग-अलग करना अनिवार्य नहीं किया है। इसके बावजुद एचयुएल ने यह पहल की हैं। इस महीने के आरंभ में सेबी ने अपनी बोर्ड बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया था। हालांकि इससे पहले उसने सभी सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों को अप्रैल 2022 तक चेयरपर्सन एवं एमडी पदों को अलग-अलग करने के लिए कहा था।
