We would like to inform you that the Earnings Call of Talabat Holding plc (the “Company”) has convened on Thursday, 13th February 2025, at 03:00 pm and dismissed at 4:00 pm (Dubai Time), where the Company’s financial results for the year ended 31st December 2024 including the Q4 2024 results were discussed, and no material information has been circulated during the call other than those previously disclosed to the public.
