Introduction

Takween Advanced Industries Company announces the resignation of Dr. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri (a non-executive member) as chairman and member of the Audit Committee as of 22-03-2021 AD, and the appointment of Dr. Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Sakran (Member from outside the Board( as an Audit Committee member as of 22-03-2021 AD until the end of the current session of BOD on 20-01-2023 AD. This appointment shall be presented to the Ordinary General Assembly at its first meeting. Mr. Saleh bin Hassan Al-Afaleq, (independent member & Audit Committee member) has been appointed as Chairman of Audit Committee based on the nomination of the Committee members, and this appointment shall be presented to the Ordinary General Assembly at its first meeting.
